January Update Forex Trading

Do you feel you’re about consistency? Do you notice that you have money at your fingertips, but you do not get to touch it? Do you feel that you have almost everything but something escapes you? If this happens to you, but your mind says otherwise, this vid is for you!
What stands between you and consistency? Is the system or are you? If the system would be easy, right? You change and go. If you’re the plot thickens: how are you going to change? it’s possible? In what direction? And most importantly: how can we know where the error? In order to operate successfully you need two criteria: learn a system and know how to apply it.
Many traders earn a simulated account without the pressure that awakens risking your money. Without such pressure they are able to apply the system and the results arrive, but when they move to take actual negative negative operation after operation and end up failing, how can that be? Has the market changed? Generally, those who have been they have changed, have changed their system.
The kind of mind that you need at the trading is one that embraces uncertainty, moving in a world of probabilities, just the opposite of mind far this series: seek certainty, seek control, predict, etc. but the trading takes place in a system based on indeterminacy, the odds world.
In this video I reflect on this fact and invite you to observe your own way to face your difficulties.
I remain at your disposal to deepen any aspect that is of interest.

New Orders Rise, Profits Plunge for Chinese Producers

This daily digest focuses on Yuan rates, major Chinese economic data, market sentiment, new developments in China’s foreign exchange policies, changes in financial market regulations, as well as market news typically available only in Chinese-language sources.

- The offshore Yuan strengthened against the U.S. Dollar on improved PMI reads and the PBOC’s guidance.

- Over 60% of listing companies with losses in the first three quarters are in manufacturing industries.

Yuan Rates

- The PBOC’ guidance and China’s PMI figures led Yuan moves in the early portion of the Asian session on Tuesday. At 9:00 AM Beijing time (21:00 ET on Monday), China’s statistics bureau issued the official PMI print for October, which turned out to be 51.2. This beat expectations of 50.3 and set a new high since July 2014. In the immediate response to the data, the offshore Yuan rose slightly against the U.S. Dollar.

Fifteen minutes later, the Central bank released the Yuan fix for the day: the Yuan was weakened by -93 pips or -0.14% against the U.S. Dollar to 6.7734 on Tuesday. As the Yuan fix was still stronger than the offshore Yuan rate, the offshore Yuan continue to strengthen against the Dollar and move towards the guided level.

At 9:45 AM Beijing time (21:45 ET), Caixin News published its October PMI figure, which was 51.2, beating a consensus forecast of 50.1 and hitting the highest level since July 2014. Following the better-than-expected Caixin print, the Yuan extended gains against the Dollar, with the USD/CNH dropping to 6.7795 as of 22:30 ET.

The forex market in minutes

I think that there is no easy way to make money from forex market because forex is a very complicated and risky business in the world where none can trade perfectly if they learn the knowledge and trading experience with hard work and patience with spending more time. So, if you want to success here then you must have to learn first before invest your money.

If you find any short cut way to make profit on your trading, then my suggestion for you leave from trading right now. In the foreign exchange market have not any easy way to make money. If you really wanna to be a good trader, then you would need to go forward slowly. If you can then once a time you would be able to get better result on your trading.

Forex trading is a highly risky trading business, so to earn from here is not an easy task. To earn from Forex trading business every trader needs proper knowledge about Forex market. And he needs to good trading strategies and good risk avoiding capabilities. And he needs more and more practice.

Tide is Turning for the Aussie

First of all, the putative economic boom that is taking place in Australia is being driven entirely by high commodity prices and surging production and exports. Since peaking at the end of April, commodity prices have fallen mightily. You can see from the chart above that there continues to exist a tight correlation between the AUD/USD and commodities prices. As commodities prices have fallen over the last two months, so has the Australian Dollar.

In addition, while demand will probably remain strong over the long-term, it may very well slacken over the short-term, due to declining economic growth across the industrialized world.  Consider also that Australia’s largest market for commodity exports – China – may have difficulty sustaining a GDP growth rate of 10%, and at the very least, new fixed-asset investment (which necessitates demand for raw materials) will temporarily peak in the immediate future.

Finally, the mining sector directly accounts for only 8% of Australia’s economy, which means that only to a limited extent to high commodities prices contribute to the bottom line of Australian GDP. This notion is reinforced by the 1.2% economic contraction in the second quarter – the biggest decline in 20 years – and the fact that GDP is basically flat over the last three quarters. Many non-mining economic indicators are sagging, and the number of corporate bankruptcies is 10% higher than in 2010. In the end, then, the ebb and flow of Australia’s fortune depends less on commodities, and more on other sectors.

Which Part of Your Income Is from Forex Trading?

Every newbie trader dreams of being a full-time Forex trader, with full-time defined as 1–2 hours a day and not having to worry about any financial matters — all being completely compensated by one’s trading performance. The reality usually turns out much harsher. First, becoming a profitable trader is not an easy task in and of itself. Then, it can be tough to move from being a part-time trader to being a full-time one.

I would call losing a “safety net” of a non-Forex income the main reason for traders’ reluctance to embracing market as their only job. This results in a situation when traders have to focus on two different areas of expertise in their life, which of course adds difficulty. Moreover, improvement in financial proceeds from the non-trading job may sometimes overshadow the earnings (and even potential earnings) from trading. This, in its turn, could lead to a loss of interest in Forex for that person. My guess is that for the foreign exchange trading to remain an important part of a trader’s life, it should contribute some significant part to their total income. Otherwise, motivation is soon lost.

I believe that my own case is not unique among retail FX traders — only a minor portion of my income is derived from trading. Some years, it can be a significant part, but it has never amounted to a half of my total earnings or more. I assume that most of this blog’s readers are part-time traders too, but I might be wrong about it. How strongly do you depend on your currency trading profits? Or is it the the other way around — if not for trading, you would be richer?
